Refund Policy
Event Cancellation:
Full refund will be issued if the organizers cancel the event.
Cancellation by Participant:
Registered participants, upon email notification to events@afisservices.com , may send alternate persons in their place.
Refunds requested by registered participants are subject to a processing fee of 15%.
Requests for refunds must be sent in writing to events@afisservices.com
Refunds less the 15% refund processing fee will be issued for requests received within 28 BUSINESS DAYS before the event start date.
Refunds will be issued through the same channels that were used for the payments.
No refunds will be issued for requests received within less than 14 DAYS before online event start date or within less than 28 DAYS before in-person event start date.
